Цифрова грамотність як провідна компетентність майбутнього фахівця

Abstract

Визначено, що з метою повноцінної світової інтеграції розвиток України спрямовано на масштабну цифровізацію всіх галузей економіки та базових сфер життєдіяльності – освіти й медицини, із максимальним інвестуванням у розвиток цифрових інфраструктур, інновації та сучасні технології. Відзначено актуальність формування наскрізної (кросплатформової) цифрової компетентності як однієї з ключових компетенцій для повноцінної життєдіяльності. Розглянуто контентне наповнення Digital Competence 2.0 та стандарти цифрової компетентності згідно EUROPASS. Доведено необхідність виокремлення та обґрунтування умов формування цифрової компетентності, побудову структурно-функціональної моделі її реалізації в освітньому процесі, розробку освітніх технологій її формування, створення навчально-методичних комплексів щодо формування цифрової компетентності.It is determined that with the aim of full-fledged world integration the development of Ukraine is aimed at large-scale digitalization of all sectors of the economy and basic spheres of life – education and medicine, with maximum investment in digital infrastructure, innovation and modern technologies. The relevance of the formation of end-to-end (cross-platform) digital competence as one of the key competencies for full life is noted. The content of Digital Competence 2.0 and standards of digital competence according to EUROPASS are considered. The necessity of isolation and substantiation of conditions of formation of digital competence, construction of structural-functional model of its realization in educational process, development of educational technologies of its formation, creation of educational and methodical complexes on formation of digital competence is proved.
