Сутність та завдання фінансової безпеки підприємства

Abstract

На підставі узагальнення наукових поглядів виокремлено основні підходи до визначення фінансової безпеки підприємства (організаційно-структурний, ресурсно-функціональний, статичний щодо оцінки фінансового стану підприємства, динамічний) та запропоновано власну дефініцію. Розроблено комплекси завдань щодо запобіганням загрозам фінансовій безпеці підприємства, основною стратегічною метою яких є забезпечення формування оптимальної структури фінансових ресурсів та їх ефективного використання.Based on the generalization of scientific views, the main approaches to determining the financial security of the enterprise (organizational-structural, resource-functional, static to assess the financial condition of the enterprise, dynamic) and proposed its own definition. A set of tasks has been developed to prevent threats to the financial security of the enterprise, the main strategic goal of which is to ensure the formation of the optimal structure of financial resources and their effective use.
