The work consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusions, a list of references (21 sources), and three appendices. The total volume of the work is 60 pages, of which the main text is 49 pages. The aim of the work is to develop an automated heat supply control system for a student campus to improve energy efficiency and comfort in buildings. The first chapter analyzes the heat supply technological process of the campus, reviews types of system designs, and justifies the choice of a two-pipe system with individual heat substations. The second chapter develops structural, functional, and electrical schematic diagrams of the system based on a Siemens S7-1200 controller, , and selects automation components. The third chapter creates a simulation model in MATLAB/Simulink, considering three buildings with different thermal inertia and daily outdoor temperature fluctuations. Transient processes are studied, frequency stability analysis is performed using the Nyquist criterion, and control quality indicators are calculated. The fourth chapter addresses occupational health and safety issues during software development and heat supply system operation. The simulation results confirmed the system's stability, the effectiveness of the controller settings, and the system's ability to maintain a comfortable temperature of 22°C under weather disturbances. The main results were presented at a scientific-practical conference and published as abstracts.
