Abstract
В статті систематизовано підходи до визначення сутності «потенціал», «стратегія», «стратегічний потенціал». Уточнено зміст даних понять. Визначено методику оцінки рівня стратегічного потенціалу підприємства.
The approaches to the definition of the essence of "potential" are systematized in the article. It is elucidated that in the basis of the essence of potential must be laid the targeted orientation of the enterprises and potential; quantitative and qualitative characteristics; components of technical and technological, organizational and economic, biological, social and psychological and managerial character and the mechanisms of their maintenance. Keeping to this opinion, the organization's potential should be considered through the ability of the organization and its managerial system (as an open socio-economic system) to form a preventive balanced set of possibilities (competitive advantages) for satisfying the needs of the consumers and carrying out the entities’ obligations taking into account their interests in accordance with the selected market segments, ensuring sustainable strategic development of the economic entities, their competitiveness, and ability in advance to adapt to changes in the external environment.
