Abstract

Описано поняття, сутність та основні характеристики форми державного правління в Україні з точки зору політичної науки. Розкрито повноваження та взаємозалежність основних гілок державної влади та глави держави у їх взаємозв’язку з формами представництва. Показано основу структури виконавчої влади, засади її формування та ієрархію повноважень.The concept, essence and main characteristics of the form of state government in Ukraine are described from the point of view of political science. The powers and interdependence of the main branches of state power and the head of state in their relationship with forms of representation are revealed. The basis of the structure of the executive power, the principles of its formation and the hierarchy of powers are shown.
