Розробка системи фінансового контролю на підприємстві

Abstract

Сучасні українські підприємства, враховуючи нестабільність економічної ситуації, мають підвищену потребу в системах фінансового контролю для підтримки стійкості та адаптивності до змін. Отже, очевидною є практична значимість дослідження проблем організації систем фінансового контролю на підприємствах. В роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи організації системи фінансового контролю на підприємстві; проведено аналіз ефективності організації фінансового контролю на підприємстві, а також розглянуто основні напрями вдосконалення системи внутрішнього фінансового контролю виробничого підприємства. Пропозиції та рекомендації, що подані в роботі, дозволять підприємствам самостійно здійснювати аналіз ефективності організації фінансового контролю на підприємств; визначати напрями вдосконалення системи внутрішнього фінансового контролю підприємства та обґрунтовувати ефективність заходів вдосконалення системи внутрішнього фінансового контролю підприємства. Сформульовані в кваліфікаційній роботі теоретичні узагальнення та практичні рекомендації спрямовані на процес розробки системи фінансового контролю на підприємстві виробничого підприємства.Modern Ukrainian enterprises, taking into account the instability of the economic situation, have an increased need for financial control systems to maintain stability and adaptability to changes. Therefore, the practical importance of researching the problems of organizing financial control systems at enterprises is obvious. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the organization of the financial control system at the enterprise; an analysis of the effectiveness of the organization of financial control at the enterprise was carried out, as well as the main areas of improvement of the internal financial control system of the production enterprise were considered. The proposals and recommendations presented in the work will allow enterprises to independently analyze the effectiveness of the organization of financial control at enterprises; determine directions for improvement of the internal financial control system of the enterprise and substantiate the effectiveness of measures to improve the system of internal financial control of the enterprise. The theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations formulated in the qualification work are aimed at the process of developing a financial control system at the enterprise of a manufacturing enterprise.
